All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
All domestic USA orders are shipped with UPS and are calculated automatically based on order size and weight.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
